The fourth edition of the Be Basque Ambassadors programme is up and running
- 30 students from 21 different countries will take part in a new edition of the program, the aim of which is to foster loyalty amongst postgraduate and PhD students.
Bizkaia Talent has presented the fourth edition of the Be Basque Ambassadors program. The goal of this initiative is to retain international university talent (postgraduate and PhD students) by means of social and professional integration, and in this way contribute towards the creation of an ecosystem for promotion, attraction and loyalty-building amongst highly qualified professionals in the province of Bizkaia.
Furthermore, should the students opt to continue with their professional careers in another part of the world, the aim is that they should act as Basque ambassadors wherever they go, keeping that sense of belonging to our country with them forever.
In this fourth edition the participants of the program from the three Basque universities (Deusto University, UPV/EHU and Mondragon University) will take part in training workshops, will get to know at first hand regional companies from the key sectors of the Basque Country and will have the opportunity to attend sociocultural events organised by Bizkaia Talent’s Relocation service and Be Basque Dual Career Centre.
