Bizkaia talent participated in the BCF Career Event held at Amsterdam RAI
On 10 May, bizkaia talent participated in the BCF Career Event. It is the most important Scientific Employment Fair in Europe, aimed at Life Sciences, Chemistry, Food and Pharma specialists. BCF attracts more than 2,000 visitors and provides an ideal opportunity to interact directly with talent and present the career opportunities offered by the Basque Country.
The aim of bizkaia:talent at this international event is to present the opportunities offered by Basque organizations to the highly-qualified professionals and researchers who are developing their career in the areas of biosciences, chemistry, food and pharma so as to try and recruit them to develop product and/or service research and development lines.
The concerns and requests of more than 300 researchers interested in the 26 professional vacancies which were presented as well as in working and reinforcing the link with the Basque Country were dealt with at bizkaia:talent’s stand.
Bizkaia:talent offers organizations the possibility of being represented at the fair so that they can present and disseminate their job offers. On this occasion, bizkaia:talent presented offers from 15 Basque organizations with a view to attracting and recruiting 26 top-level professionals in the scientific, technological and business areas.
On this occasion, bizkaia:talent represented various Basque organizations such as ACHUCARRO BASQUE CENTER FOR NEUROSCIENCE, ACITURRI, AIRLAN, BIOKILAB, CIC ENERGIGUNE, CIC NANOGUNE, INGEMAT, INT-BUSSINES DESIGN, MAIER, NEM SOLUTIONS, PA CONSULTING, TECNALIA, UNIVERSITY OF DEUSTO and UNIVERSITY OF THE BASQUE COUNTRY.
This international event offers the possibility of locating and recruiting highly-qualified professionals and researchers in strategic areas for Bizkaia-Basque Country, so as to consider their being hired as well as potential collaborations between these professionals and the companies (or organizations) even without their being hired, to develop product and/or service research and development lines, with special emphasis on Basque professionals residing in Amsterdam.
