23 Bizkaia SMEs will receive training to understand and improve the experience of their employees

  • The Employee Journey & Experience will offer them practical tools for managing the life cycle of the employee.

Within the framework of the “Bizkaia with the talent” strategy, Bizkaia Talent and Talent Garden have launched the training program Employee Journey & Experience, directed at Bizkaia SMEs, to help them to identify the key points on the trajectory followed by their employees, from attraction to development and loyalty-creation.

The aim of this program is to provide a common theoretical framework and practical tools which enable companies to manage in an efficient manner all the different stages of the life cycle of the employee. This covers all the phases from incorporation to retention, passing through the development of skills and the strengthening of commitment.

The training itinerary is split into four main activities: Workshop, a session in which the key stages in the trajectory of the employee are analysed; Learning Pills, short training sessions in video format with practical examples; Talks, spaces for dialogue in which successful cases of companies which have implemented innovative talent management strategies are shared; and a Retrospective, consisting of a strategic reflection on the lessons learned and the next steps to take.

Over the next five weeks, 23 Bizkaia organizations will take part in the program, these being: Biolan Microbiosensores, Bullhost, 4set Talent & Technolgy, Dative, EIA21, EIT Food, Emigrad@s Sin Fronteras, Fondo Formación Euskadi, Global Factor, P4Q Electronics, H2SITE, Incomimex, Ingemat, Kategora Investments, Laboratorios Ximart, Lawesome Legal Services, Líbere Hospitality, Ludus Global, Mairu, Oncomatryx Biopharma, Runnea, TECH friendly and Virtualware.
