After the recent creation of the European Talent Mobility Forum alliance comprising eight cutting-edge European regions in terms of territorial talent management, Bizkaia Talent, the only alliance representative from southern Europe, has participated in the first webinar organized by the new coalition.
At this first virtual encounter during which the subject was the management of talent attraction in these Covid-19 times, four of the eight organizations which make up the alliance (Copenhagen Capacity, Brainport Eindhoven, Move to Gothenburg and Work in Estonia) shared, along with Bizkaia Talent, the various different measures which they are adopting in order to face the crisis and the strategies which they aim to carry out in order to ensure progress in these uncertain times.
Mr Ivan Jimenez, the Managing Director of Bizkaia Talent, stressed the importance of the role which technology is playing in the current circumstances, for which the Basque association possesses a range of tools, the fruit of its commitment to continuous innovation, aimed at helping professionals in the process of returning to the Basque Country. These include innovative tools such as the Career Development Centre which features personalised digital counselling and employment opportunities adapted to the profile of each individual.
