The second edition of “Talent Strategy” kicks off to train companies in talent strategy management
- Eighteen Bizkaia companies will take part in this training programme over the next five months.
BAT – B Accelerator Tower acted as host on the 28th January for the presentation of the second edition of “Talent Strategy”, a training programme aimed at Bizkaia companies for developing the effective attraction, recruitment and loyalty-creation of talent in the face of the current and future challenges of the labour market.
This initiative, led by Bizkaia Talent in collaboration with Mondragon University and which features as part of the “Bizkaia with the talent” strategy promoted by the Provincial Council of Bizkaia, will commence on the forthcoming 4th February and over the next five-month period it will combine training and action to strengthen the capacity of organizations to not only attract and create talent loyalty but also to position the companies as high quality employers.
The participating companies will delve deeper into the key pillars of employer branding, focusing on how to align their business models with solid value propositions. They will also work on the building of working environments based on shared values and diversity, as well as strategies to highlight the benefits and opportunities which reinforce their positioning as reference organizations. The event will feature top-level speakers who will share their experience and knowledge to inspire the companies in the implementation of their strategies.
Featuring amongst the eighteen companies which are taking part in this second edition of “Talent Strategy” are outstanding organizations from diverse sectors such as industry, technology and services. Beyond the individual progress which each of these companies will achieve, the aim of the programme is also to build a solid community which promotes collaboration and the exchange of good practices. With their participation, the community now includes over forty organizations, consolidating itself as a key space for strengthening the business fabric of Bizkaia.
