Our Service, Local Contact Point of the Mobility Network, EURAXESS, of the European Commission, is free and its aim is to inform and advise highly qualified professionals, researchers and their families settled in Bizkaia (Basque Country) about:
- Administrative matters (taxation, legislation -visas/permits-, legal procedures, vehicle registration and driving licenses, foreigners’ ID number-NIE, census registration, civil register, etc.).
- Accommodation (general information, real estate contacts, flats for researchers).
- Health, schooling, leisure…
- Support the entities when negotiating with the highly qualified professionals as part of the contract.
